From "Pressure Conductor" to "Cable"

The electronic differential pressure level transmitter system consists of two high-precision pressure sensors (mounted at the top and bottom of the tank, respectively) and an electronic computing unit. The two sensors are connected by a single, ordinary electrical signal cable, completely replacing the complex oil-filled capillary tube.

The "master transmitter" reads the pressure signal from the "slave transmitter" in real time and calculates the differential pressure value at high speed using its built-in microprocessor, thereby accurately converting it into liquid level, volume, or mass. This "electronic" architecture fundamentally eliminates the risks of temperature drift and capillary leakage, allowing measurement to return to its essence.
